New Cost Structures
Grade 2
£30 per day allowance
Accommodation in the Stewards Hotel (sharing a twin room) OR up to £40 per night contribution to alternative accommodation (on submission of expenses)
Full travel costs (standard class train/coach fare or petrol costs)
Free conference registration
Site Visits:
Full travel costs (standard class train fare or petrol costs)
Up £20 per day meal allowance if required (on submission of expenses)
Full accommodation costs if required
Grade 3
£20/day allowance (subject to working 3 shifts per day)
Accommodation in the Stewards Hotel (sharing a twin room) OR up to £40 per night contribution to alternative accommodation (on submission of expenses)
Half travel costs, on submission of expenses (standard class train/coach fare or petrol costs)
Free conference registration
Grade 4
£5 shift allowance (stewards generally work 3 shifts per day)
Accommodation: up to £20 night contribution (on submission of expenses)
Travel allowance up to £30 (on submission of expenses)
Free conference registration
